The staff at Taylor Automotive went above & beyond! I purchased a hybrid battery and decided to perform the installation labor myself. Not being mechanically inclined at all, I was somewhat reserved, but decided to take my chances. Tracy was extremely pleasant and helpful when he sold me the battery over the phone and the customer service did not stop there. He was there throughout the entire sell, shipment and installation of the battery. If he didn't know the answer to any of my numerous questions, he was able to find the answer. Taylor Automotive really did make my whole experience great and did indeed give me a feeling of being taken care of! Thanks Tracy, David & all of the 'other guys' who answered my many questions!
